Since this machine was able to jump Microsoft's high hurdle to install W11, I am sure that it is not deficient. After installing the linked version and finding that backgrounds were still unsupported, I checked for updates.

Doesn't make sense! I thought that it was just zopm issue of W11 being left off the list of operating systems, but others have said that they have got backgrounds to work. Friend has an Asus windows 10 laptop with the and gets the message saying the specs are not up to it. Which suggests Zoom perhaps do not recognise it, even though it's better than previous gen i3's that they allow. I don't understand why they would have that requirement, when there is no similar requirement for Intel processors. Actually, it seems to be more complicated. I downgraded windoows Windows 10 and I am still having the same problem.
