Skip to main content. FAQ: How to retrieve the attendance list for a Zoom meeting? On the Zoom portal, click Reports on the left panel and click Usage. Choose the time range and click Search and it will bring up a list of past meetings. From the meeting you look for, click on the number of participants.

A pop-up screen with the list and details of participants will be shown. Find the meeting for which you would like to download participation data. Edit the date range for your search at the top of the screen. After finding the correct meeting, scroll to the right side of the table and find the Participants column. Click the blue number that corresponds with your meeting. This will open a list of all meeting participants. At the top of the Meeting Participant window, select Export with meeting data.

If available, select Show unique users. This will make it so each participant only appears once in your list in the event that a participant left and returned to the meeting, there will be only one listing for that participant with a total duration for the entire meeting.

Click Export to download the data. This will save a. CSV Excel file on your computer. Open the file to review the participants in your meeting.

I am a licensed user and was the meeting host. Go to Solution. As a licensed user, you have access to reports. Find your meeting then click the participant count. Hi, I found the participant reports, but it looks like only a total is available. Is there anyway to get a list of the names of each participant, aside from skimming the recording? If you've found the participant report, the total number of participants should be clickable, which will open the full list of participants that joined, including their names, their emails if signed-in to a Zoom account and when they joined and left.

Unfortunately, only meetings you've hosted as a Licensed user a paid user type have reporting available. If it was scheduled before you were адрес страницы, but hosted after the license, then you should have reporting, but scheduling and hosting before the license will have no reporting available.
